Terms and Conditions, Making your Trip Fun and Safe!

WE TAKE COMMITMENT SERIOUSLY

By registering for Adventures France!  you are accepting your agreement with and obligation to this Terms, Conditions and Liability Disclaimer. If you have objections, please contact us to discuss. We thank you for respecting our policies.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

Once we receive your registration form, we will contact you to discuss your interests. We will then send you an invoice for a  deposit of $1000. This includes a non refundable $200 registration fee. 

• Upon your receiving an email from us that the workshop is confirmed you will receive a final invoice with the payment due date.  Any discount will be applied to the final invoice.
• If the Tuition balance is not received at least 90 days before the start of the workshop, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a $300 cancellation fee in addition to the non refundable deposit.  

Cancellation Terms

Because space is limited and there is a high demand for these beautiful accommodations,  we ask that you respect our cancellation terms. 

•  If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full Tuition and registration fee reimbursement.  Only in the case of our cancelling do you receive a registration fee refund.  Please do not book your ticket until you receive confirmation of the workshop.
• If you cancel, the following time frame for your notifying us applies. 

                  120 – 90 Days – Tuition Refund minus the registration fee of $200.

                   89 –  61 days – Tuition Refund  minus the registration fee of $200 and a cancellation fee of $300. 

                   60 Days – Tuition Refund minus the registration fee of $200 plus a $500 cancellation fee.

                    Under  60 Days - No refund

• In the event of Covid travel restrictions we will happily give you  a "rain check."

Any cancellation must be made by email to info@adventuresFrance.com  Subject line: Cancellation. 

You must confirm that your cancellation notification  has been received by us (by return email) or your cancellation is not valid. 

Adventures France! has the right to cancel a workshop for any reason.  In the unlikely event of such cancellation, your payments will be completely refunded.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE  REQUIRED

Given the exigencies of traveling nowadays, we require you to obtain travel insurance that includes medical insurance or you might be able to extend your existing medical coverage for the program week. There are no immediate medical services other than a pharmacy at the villages in which the program is based. Participants will be responsible for personal medical care, including carrying any necessary medications, and purchasing medical insurance for the duration of the program.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Adventures France!  will take every measure to ensure your safety during your program week. You are, however, legally responsible for your safety and behavior as well as medical care. By registering you agree to the following:  

•  I am 18 years or over
• I understand the risks of group traveling and am joining the group voluntarily. I release Adventures France! from all and any legal claims related to my general participation or due to my negligence.
•  I confirm that  I am in good physical and mental health and can participate in Adventures France! which take place in the mid Pyrenees. I can walk without assistance the steep cobblestone streets and some rocky paths.  In the event I cannot participate fully I will notify Adventures France!  in advance of my limitations and I will not hold the program  responsible for making alternative activity plans for me. We highly suggest that you join the program only if you keep pace with active fellow participants.
•  I understand that Adventures France!  is not responsible for my baggage or personal effects.
• I understand that I am responsible for making alternate arrangements in the event of travel delays.
• I understand that all local services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of France and that Adventures France!  acts only as an agent for such independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and any other services connected with Adventures France! Those services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Adventures France! owner, respective agents and representatives have no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that  may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.
• I agree that Adventures France! gives notice that all services and arrangements related to its program have been made upon the express condition that it and its representatives shall not be held liable and do not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any acts of negligence, breach of contract, omission, or by weather, sickness, strike, quarantine, hostilities, local laws or the willful or negligent acts of any other trip participant, or any cause whatsoever.
• I consent and acknowledge that if I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my participation in Adventures France! I am financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred. I understand that agents of Adventures France are not legally obliged to act on that information and will not provide any medical service whatsoever to me.
•  I understand that there are no immediate medical services other than a pharmacy at the villages participating in this program, and I will be responsible for my medical care, including carrying with me any necessary medications, and purchasing medical insurance for the duration of the program.  I also understand that I must report to Adventures France! representatives prior to enrolling any health-related issues that might affect myself or other participants.
• I agree that Adventures France! reserves the right to take photographic or video records of me during any of its workshops in which I participate and may use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
